Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great, right in front of the valley, but the parking was a bit tricky, especially for larger vehicles like SUVs. The room was reasonably well-appointed, but it could get noisy when people walked past. The service was friendly, but there were communication issues due to the staff's predominantly Italian-speaking. The dining options were good overall, though the choices were somewhat limited.
The hotel rooms are a bit smallish and not well insulated, making it noisy when people walk past, which left me feeling a bit uneasy. However, they look like what I expected for couples and families with kids.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I struggled with the bedding as it was too warm with the cover and too cool without it; however, having a direct exit for skiers from the lower-level rooms was a bonus. The lack of a bath was a downside, but the shower was a good size despite no window.
The hotel is located in a prime spot right in front of the beautiful valley, making it great for Italian clients looking for a convenient base. The rooms are of good size, with charming pine wood details, but the temperature control with the cover can be challenging. The staff around the bar and throughout the hotel are incredibly accommodating and friendly, offering various services from dry cleaning to ski pass arrangements. The dining experience in the large, charming space overlooking the mountains provides high-quality dishes, with the Pork Belly being a standout choice. The facilities are well-equipped, though the access to the spa via the elevator might be inconvenient for some, adding to the already existing challenge of finding the location.
I felt like being in a canteen with a view on the valley. The rooms were large and very clean, just like in the pictures, perfect for a family of four. However, the old bathroom took away from the experience, and the lack of views to the wonderful surroundings was a downside.
